2. We will focus on rural, tribal, and coastal areas, and urban slums
3. Using Solar Home LED Lights (SHLL), we will encourage the use of all types of LED lighting products and systems at the macro-level to promote energy efficiency
4. We will finance the purchase of lighting devices through a micro-credit facility in a sustainable manner
