Hanuma P. Mannava and Pardha Saradhi Ch are the founders of LED foundation

• Hanuma P. Mannava is in the micro finance and development sectors since a decade, his interest areas being micro-finance, micro-enterprise development, marketing linkages, innovative credit products for tackling poverty at urban and rural areas, human resources issues, program planning, and operations
• Pardha Saradhi Ch is in the development and voluntary sector since nine years and his interest areas include micro-credit, entrepreneurship development, community and rural development in working with communities including fisherfolk, farming, artisans, etc.

 
Both the founders have vast experience in these areas and have trained at international level seminars and workshops, including Bangladesh’s ASA (Pioneers in Micro Finance) and SFDW ( Urban Micro Finance) in 2005
